Success competing in conformation shows allows a qualified judge to evaluate our Hounds for how well they adhere to the Breed standard - and how well they compare directly to other competing Hounds.

Puppies are house-raised and socialized with children, grown-up dogs and other pets.  They are confident and outgoing.  Puppies are tested for Liver Shunt and registered with the AKC before they move to their new families, usually between 11-12 weeks of age.

Bainbridge Hounds are full time in the house companions.   We are very grateful our 12 IW's allow us share the family room floor.  

Irish Wolfhounds love nothing more than a spirited run outside in the fresh snow complete with a fun game of "see if you can catch me".   It is always a good idea to have a pocket full of "cookies" to bribe them into returning home.
